This toner is the ideal carrier for our oil-soluble Vitamin C molecule, Ascorbyl Isostearate, which penetrates the skin before it metabolizes into Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) for full absorption without oxidation. This results in skin that is brighter over time, with less hyperpigmentation or dark spots.
